TYPES OF INTERPRETATION
Simultaneous interpretation usually requires some technical equipment, which could be a booth for events involving many participants, or simply a sound rig for the room with microphones and headsets for the interlocutors.
For consecutive interpretation we will evaluate whether technical equipment is necessary depending on the event and your needs. For example, for a small meeting it is not necessary to use microphones, but when the space and number of participants increases technical equipment is required so that the interpreter doesn’t lose their voice.
In whispered interpretation, liaison interpreting and legal interpreting technical equipment is not necessary, as normally the number of participants is limited and the courts have their own sound installations.
